The no answer is about the final inspection of the repairs that should have been done on the vehicle on all areas that were touched to repair. There was a problem with the latch on the passenger side that was left uncheck when exiting the vehicle and it would not open. We returned the vehicle to the repair shop and they discovered the latch wire inside the door area disconnected and they immediately reinstalled it and the latch was functional again. That is the only issue we had encountered since we have been coming to your repair facility since the late 90"s.Otherwise the overall repair on the outside of the vehicle was done in a professional manner and we are satisfied. My suggestion to the representative or manager is to fully conduct a quality check on all areas affected or touched to insure they function properly before releasing the vehicle back to customers.

With a 10600 repair you did not reinstall my fog lights telling me you only got 97 dollars and could not find any to replace the ones that were there. ?? 10692.00 and you could not pay the 150 for the lights. Then try to say it's my fault because I did not have a receipt?? So now it's my job?? You were the one working with the insurance company.
