There is no comparison between Quattro and the other 5 or 6 body shops I've used over the past 25 years here in the DC area. From the initial phone call to email confirmation and follow ups to the exceptional body work to repair the entire rocker panel, door, and wheel on the right side of my vehicle...it was the ideal that every customer should experience. I also have to say that I've been with Liberty Mutual for over 15 years and experienced a few claims but each and every time they have treated me with tremendous respect, prompt service, and my rates have always been very fair and in line with my expectations and the service Liberty Mutual consistently delivers.
