Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Every aspect of my experience was easy and positive, right down to the surprise of having a complimentary interior cleaning! (I still feel badly about having brought in such a sandy, dirty mom car, I had no idea you guys would be cleaning it!!) many thanks to the whole team for their help and kindness.

Always great work and great service at IFM. Only comment and it's a minor one is when a customer calls to pick up the car that the car be prepped and ready to save the customer sometime.

This place is great. The IFM team couldn't have been nicer. They had my car fixed, detailed and ready to go days before the estimated time given at drop off. They are among just a handful of businesses, throughout my life, that I would give 5 stars too. Nicely done IFM! As long as they are around I would not go anywhere else for auto body work. We thought you all did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and professional and we appreciated the updates. My only complaint would be that you had the car too long. I have had other more complicated car problems and it never took so long to fix. 9 days is a long time to be out a car. I doubt that out car was being worked on the entire time it was there. I am sure u are working on multiple cars at the same time. I think you could do a better job of scheduling so as not to have to keep the car so long. Otherwise, everything went well. Thank you!!!
