I was emailed repeatedly that my car would be ready at 5:00 pm on Friday, July 26, and would be called when it was ready. I was not called.
When I called your office at 5, I was told that
the car was ready, but the office was closing at 5 and I couldn't pick the car. I said, "What kind of bs is saying all along it would be ready at 5, and then saying I couldn't pick it up at 5." The young woman then repeatedly said, "Stop cursing at me." I said, "BS is cursing?" "Yes" she said,"it is."
I said, "What kind of bs is saying it's ready, but you can't pick it up" Finally, my wife called, got the manager,who said "We'll be here
for another ten minutes. You can get the car." We showed up in 9 minutes. The manager said, "Your husband should not curse at my employee." I say, I'm never coming back to IFM.

It would have been nice to know American Express was not accepted BEFORE I dropped my car off last week. It was very surprising that a car repair place would not except a credit card such as American Express. It is not very likely people just have that kind of money laying around in their bank account. Which we didn't. So this put us in a very horrible position money wise. Please do not contact me about this matter. It's over and done with so unless you decide to refund the debit card that was used and charge the American Express then there is nothing to talk about. Other then this, the repairs were done accordingly. So I'm thankful for that.
