I am happy with the body and the way the staff treated me until my wife and I were stuck in a store parking lot with a dead battery.we have triple a so after half an hour we were going again.the next day I stopped in and explained what happened,i was called by bob and after a week I still haven't been given a reason why someone did something to drain the battery I am not happy with this reasonable request,i need to know what happened to my can Melvin M

I used IFM Collision because it was so convenient. Geico amd Enterprise were on site so it made it very easy. The car came out great so if I had another issue Id use IFm again..Thanks for all the updates! Ilene S

Yes they are very professional. They handle my insurance claim in a timely manner. IMF kept me upto date on a daily bases regarding the status of my vehicle and ver friendly while performing my work. I was very satisfied and will definitely recommend others to go there.

Car was dirty at pick up day: dashboard full of dust, hand prints on most windows, tape marks on several places. Also door that was fixed doesn't close correctly and it makes noise when opened. Hopefully it resolves as advised but if not that's another trip I have to make from my full time schedule. Floor Mat on the rear seat is filthy. Overall not satisfied which is a shame because the staff was very nice nice. Specially the front girl and michael from geico. Also notification of my car being done on friday should have gone out on friday morning not friday evening specially when I called friday noon time to confirm pick up date of 6/18 and they said yes. Dissapointing. I wouldn't go there again. I'm also considering taking my car to mercedez benz dealer to have a professional look at the door to make sure it was done correctly because it doesn't close right and doesn't open right either.
