The car wasn't ready on the due date and I didn't receive a call/text/email. I also would've liked to use a credit card (for the miles). Neither complaint is huge, everyone was very easy to work with and the car looks good. So we are very happy.

I am very unsatisfied with the service i recevied from IFM Collision. Upon pick up the color of the bumper did not match the rest of the car, on the right rear rim which was reapaired compound was left all over the tire, wheel, and wheel well. It was also noticed that clear coat was used to cover scratches instead of being properly repainted. I am very dissapointed with the qaulity of the repair work, especially due to the high reputaion IFM has at good quality work.

I was very satisfied. It is always a pain to have to deal with having a car fixed after an accident. IFM makes it as easy as it can be. They will coordinate the rental pick up and drop off and they ALWAYS keep you up to date on the progress of work.

Repair job looks good but 5 days is much too long for that type of repair. Also, they could have cleaned the car. I've had my older car repaired once and it looked brand new when they finished...inside and out. If anything, I go it back dirtier on the inside than it was when I dropped it off.
