I have confidence in IFM from the woman at the front desk to the repairs all the way through the person delivering my car. Everyone does an excellent job and is friendly and pleasant to deal with in an otherwise annoying situation. Unfortunately this was not our first visit to IFM but each time the service and work was excellent. I hope I can simply refer you guys and not have to visit soon!

Keep doing what u do so well. I will recommend your shop. When u r busy it is hard to find parking. Perhaps a valet service for a few hours.

Still a small dent visible in roof rail which really surprised me. Rep said he'd touch up scratches which wasn't done as promised. Visible mark still in windshield. Our agreement was if the mark could not be buffed out we'd have a chat and consider replacing windshield. I was never called and the windshield still has a visible mark. You asked. Not a great job. I left my BMW 328 there for work. I hope do better next time. **** K

Staff was professional and courteous. I appreciate the customer service. Also the fact that someone walked me to my car to take a look at it....though it was raining...I think the job was done well...and I was also told (and in writing), that the service/work is guaranteed as long as I have the car..
