I can't say anything but great things about Jim Marsh's Body Shop. This is the second time I've had to get my car fixed and both times have been wonderful experiences. On top of that, my adjuster, Aracelli Keene, is a professional, extremely competent employee who kept in contact with me almost every day to keep me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I was very impressed with Aracelli and I would recommend her and the body shop to anyone who needed their car worked on!

My special thanks to Araceli Keene and her team (Technicians)for the exemplary job you did to my son’s 2017 Subaru BRZ.Araceli’s remarkable knowledge are rare indeed. Her calm, patient manner was a great help. She helped me repair my 1991 Acura Integra a years ago and now my son’s 2017 Subaru BRZ. She gave us extra time and effort to update the status of the car until its done. I noticed and appreciated your attention to detail and relentless determination to release a quality product the BRZ looks NEW again. Well quality of work and completion was fantastic! Just better communication with customer and body shop representative for insurance company! It wasn’t pleasant to have to play telephone tag with body shop and insurance company to see when parts are order or when time to bring in your vehicle ! The text app is perfect to communicate with customer should use that when you first meet customer for estimate and future communication with customer to give details on the estimated time for there vehicle to be completed !
