Araceli Keene was our rep. She was awesome. She kept me updated every step of the way. When we went to pick it up we noticed a spot that hadn't been buffed out. Being a leased car we knew it would be a problem down the road. She told us how sorry she was they missed it and immediately took it back to the shop to fix it. The service at Jim Marsh was so stellar that we will make it a point to shop for our next vehicle here. The repairs were also very well done. Thanks again Araceli for everything.

There were some oil smudges left on the interior roof on the rear right passenger area. Would've been perfect if that didn't happen.

John, who I've been dealing with is amazing! He's very kind and looking out for my best interest. With that said, I have to have my vehicle back to re-do it for the third time. The body work and paint job have been horrible. I'm getting frustrated with the length of time they've had to get the job done each time and then still the quality is very unacceptable. I hope that they can get professional quality body workers and painters soon so that the quality of their work math the professionalism of the office workers.
