My service writer John Interrante kept my wife and I updated by text on our Nissan Maxima's progress through out the service repairs with Jim Marsh body shop. It made us feel connected and communication lines were open at all times. John had excellent customer service and we would definitely request John again

The process was smooth for getting the estimate and everything rolling. Also, the turn around for getting my vehicle back to me was pretty quick. The only thing that I felt wasn't superb was that I wasn't immediately made aware of the additional work that had to be done to the vehicle. Otherwise, I feel that y'all rocked this fix!

When I dropped off my truck the geico rep was good but the other girl was very argumentative and gave the impression that she did not care at all. The enterprise person tried to nickel and dime me for everything. Zero care - just all about sales. It was very disappointing. When I came to pick up my truck the first thing they said to me was where is the money. I need it quick. No one walked me out to my truck and went over the repairs. They literally just said where is my money and here is your keys - get lost. Then there wasn't anyone at enterprise there for me to return the car. I needed a receipt and to trust that I didn't get charged for any other nickel and dime charges. Just another way to get more money. The best part of this is that the accident wasn't my fault and it was all about principle. Dignity and principal - who knows if my truck is right. I know I have white paint dust all over my truck bed. I clearly couldn't tell anyone that because no one went over my repairs. No care about the customer - the only care there was about you. I CAN EASILY SAY THAT NO ONE WILL READ THIS AND FOLLOW UP. Never coming back - I was just another face and a way to get money out of.

Araceli was very punctual in keeping me updated with my car, as well as ensuring things were handled with the insurance company. If there is a text message based system for the end of services, it may be convenient for updates during service as well. The emails worked equally fine.
