I love advance collision! Everyone was very polite and professional! During the time my vehicle was being repair I would always get an update via text about my car. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for making me feel Comfortable and trust you guys!

When my car was dropped off there were no brake lights or battery light showing on my dash the gentleman that showed me my car asked me if I ever had trouble before I told him no . I called Progressive told my ajuster that I was not comfortable leaving with my car Julius said to make sure I took it to Nissan to get checked however I did not make that far when my car stalled and had to get a jump and took to O'Reilly where I had to buy a new battery now I have an 8 am at Nissan . However the body work look wonderful

The personal that we spoke to seam to very friendly and caring. We did not have the opportunity to meet the person or persons that repaired of auto. So far it looks as if your employees have done a very good job.

The repairs took way to long. When I finally was called to pick up my car, it was 5pm. They were actually closed. After one month of having my car, I felt like should have delivered it to me. After picking it up, I noticed that my blinker in the new drivers side mirror wasn't working and the drivers side mud flap piece wasn't on my car. It has been very frustrating and now I have to take my car back. No happy!!!
