Love all the customer service I received from the text messages to calling someone to come get me so I could get to my rental. The thing that amazed me is that the was a quirk in my repair and Steve called the insurance company got their approval to have it fixed before I even knew about it!!! (Got extension on my rental also) Thanks to the team I worked with Chris, Lauren, Steve and the crew that actually fixed my car!!

Had my car for almost 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on the guy to catch up with me to put the pin stripping on my car. He didn't leave it on the seat to be put on. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication.

Mr monte and the clerical staff were very nice and helpful! The entire accident/rental car/ process was terrible but Monte and the company were very friendly and helpful and were by far the best part
