They ladies at the front desk were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, however the gentlemen to left as you entered the front door was rude. Never acknowledged me when I entered the building not once but twice. Monte was good. I called the office on Tuesday 9/29 to inquire about possibly allowing me to pay 250 then 250 next week. The only reason why I asked was my house flooded in Pascagoula on 9/27 which was totally unexpected. Monte said he would inquire and get back with me. I never heard from Monte again. There are choices we make in life and I chose to do business with Advanced Collision was the best experience. I felt unimportant after the deal was sealed with my insurance company. Patricia B
