Every person at Advanced Collison very helpful and respectful. I received text messages from Chris every day updated me on the progess and also when I needed to extend my rental they took care of that. They also supplied me with a new battery from when mine's went out from the accident. That's a very complete company and that's from experience with each whether it was from the front desk or the actually repair agent. I appreciate y'all for fixing my truck it looks new. Very will done. After picking up our vehicle we discovered That rear right tail light was not functioning. The light had been removed to paint the vehicle. I took vehicle back an hour after we picked up vehicle. The staff quickly resolved the problem in the taillight in less the 10 minutes. Thank you for your quick attention even for a small problem. The quality of workmanship is excellent.

The professionalism and courtesy were exceptional. I really was impressed by the daily updates on the status of repairs. There is one concern that I have, which I will bring the vehicle in to have checked, but it will not be until after my return to the Coast o/a August 14th. There is squeaking noises in the chassis.

Thank u and looking foward to speaking to a rep. Did good quality paint work just a few reassembly issues I'm not satisfied with .picked up my truck today and the more I see and listen the more I'm not happy with and the more noises I hear that I never heard before
