Francisco was great but the company in general needs to have a faster turn around. They are extremely slow compared to other collision repair companies. Other companies have you come in and order the part while you take your car home. When the part is in then you leave the car for repair. I suggest you implement this strategy in order to keep up with the competition.

Carlos was amazing. He was able to get my car repaired a week earlier, right before Christmas. He was fantastic and was communicating back and forth with me. There was an issue with my deductible and he was able to fix it right away. Thank you so much. My experience was great

Carlos & Javier were professional, courteous and even friendly. Rare in today's fast paced businesses. I wish Jim & Jack could be kept a secret because they are simply the best collision repair facility in Los Angeles. There's literally no reason to consider any other shop. High five! Thumbs up! Jim and Jacks was recommended to me by Mercury Insurance co. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and treat you like family there. My car had been side swiped while parked, causing major damage from front to back on passenger side. GABRIEL, provided EXCELLECT customer service, detailed and his prompt attention to my concerns. He kept me updated throughout the process up until work was completed in a timely matter. My car looks amazingly brand new and made certain to look for underneath damage that was not visible. JUAN the mechanic knowledgeable and professional with his work. For anyone looking for a Quality body shop to fix their vehicle, I recommend Jim & Jacks.

per inspection your Rep said will change the driver side door with new mirror but the one installed is not new and it got scratch the door is not properly closing due to the siding hitting the side dashboard . side mirror is not new and there are still particles of broken glass inside the dashboard per your Rep they will remove the dashboard so that they can clean those broken glass. Hope you can resolve the issue you are recommended by Farmers as the best in this craft.
