I was very impressed with your service including the email updates. Carlos Ku is an excellent associate and he kept me informed of repairs and status. The ladies at the reception desk were professional and courteous. Harrison at the Enterprise Desk took care as well. I think that if you guys are going to a job everything should be put back the same. My head light cords had a velcro holding them into place and all you guys did was throw them back in. Also I have a small dent/chip in the back trunk that wasn't there before. Now I have to waste my gas and more time having you guys fix what should had been done the first time.

Jim and Jacks has repaired our cars on several occasions. Each time, the car was perfect; and I mean perfect. No issues after time passes. A true professional collision center. It is a pleasure to deal with them. Even the text messages which we recieved thru the repair process were reassuring and pleasing. A true jem in the auto collision world.
