I was out of town when we received the car and thus didn't drive it until I returned the end of August. The door could be opened easy enough, but it doesn't click when closed which means the seal between the door and the car is loose. It is really loud from the wind when you are on the freeway because the seal is not tight. I got a call from someone wanting to know my satisfaction. The problem was that none of us had driven the car! I told this person that but that didn't seem to deter them! We didn't want to spend a lot of money since the car is a 2002, but all they did was adjust the door hinge.

Took my car in because of scratches and dents from an accident. Picked it up today and the window buttons that were working fine before I took my car in aren't working now for the front and back passenger side windows. Only half the door locks were fixed.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service. Jesse was personable and incredibly helpful. The wash and wax was also a nice touch. When I brought the car home, my husband thought it looked brand new! Thank you Jesse for all your help :)

Car smelled like cigarettes and bad air freshener when I picked it up! It was disgusting. I recommend you NEVER put air freshener or cleaners in any vehicle unless authorized by the owner of the vehicle. It was so bad I literally took my truck to CarMax and sold it!
