Jesse and everyone at Jim and Jacks couldn't have a done a better job in keeping me informed about my car. Got my car back in immaculate condition cleaned both on the outside and inside. Awesome job, super clean job. Gus was awesome, coming from the customer service myself I know a fellow professional when I meet one. Even was kind enough to readjust my bumper to help cover a dent I couldn't afford to repair, and I didn't even ask, so it's very appreciated. If I find myself in another Collison will be back :)
