The inspection of my cars damage was re-evaluated after I brought it in. Your team contacted Mercury insurance and got the addition charges approved right away. I got new bumper brackets and a new wheel that I did not expect. Great job on the paint and the car was clean when I picked it up. Thank you. Those things tell me you really care.
