I brought the car into the shop and pictures were taken and the insurance company was contacted. I didn't hear back from the shop for over a week and ended up calling back to find out what was going on. After I called back and asked what was going on I ended up getting great service. The car was taken in and repairs started 4 days later.

This was the first time a vehicle I have owned had been hit, so, I was a "deer caught in the headlights" . I was refered to Jim and Jacks, where Jack reassured me I would be well taken care of...and I was. The staff was so professional and friendly and called me as to the progress of the repair. When the job was finished, it looked like my car had just rolled off of the assembly line! Looking for a trustworthy body shop is like looking for a needle in a haystack, well, I found that golden needle at Jim and Jacks. Oh, and if you need a rental car, there is Enterprise right in the office...so convenient! Okay, I'll stop raving about Jim and Jack's...but, if you need body work, go to Jim and Jacks...you'll be glad you did.
