Francisco kept me informed about the progress of my car's repair and also went out of his way to answer my silly questions about reprogramming my radio. The work was excellent. You'd never know it isn't the original bumper - perfect color match. I've used your shop in the past and (heaven forbid) will continue to use Jim and Jacks in the future. I forgot to ask for a little can of touch up paint. Is it too late to get that?

Although the body work looked good, I was disappointed with the customer service. The service advisor did not call me even once to let me know the status of my vehicle. I had to make numerous calls to try and get a status update on my car. No one else was able to assist. Even to schedule a pick up date and time, I personally had to contact the shop. Typically the service advisor should call the owner explaining the repairs needed, the cost and time frame and call for pick up. This did not happen unfortunately.

Getting this set up between you and Ameriprise was painful. You must not have much experience working with them. Neither you nor the insurance claims person communicated effectively until well into the repair. I regretted taking the car to you because we were not taken care of as well as we should have been. Getting off to a bad start just makes it harder to feel good about the repairs once completed. I have yet to look over the car, but rest assured I will because I have found mistakes from your shop on a previous repair. I have had a few repairs done there over the years.
