Excellent service upon arrival at the front desk, they are courteous and kind and we'll dedicated to get customer satisfaction.
Jesse who take care of my claim was well beyond his responsibility, always on time an direct to the point, makes things easier to understand and decide.
The rental desk of Enterprise excellent as well. It is good to leave your car and got a rental car in good conditions and ready to go. The time is an issue, and here things are prepared to do it as fast as possible so you don't waist time in this process.

I'm completely satisfied with my car, but more importantly I'm truly satisfied with the customer service I received from Jesse Ontiveros. He was truly AMAZING, so amazing that both my hubby and I are still talking about the service we received from him. He was attentive and keep us up to date on the status of our car.
