This was my first time experiencing an accident. My car is only 2 months old was very concerned on making sure it still felt like when I got it from the dealer. I did have a misunderstanding on the process. Gabriel was very patient, and helpful with the overall experience. He did make sure my car was taken care of in a timely manner.
