I felt like my car was in good hands while getting repaired. If ever I needed something done to my car I wouldn't mind bringing it back to Jim and Jacks. The work on my car looks great!

Had my car 11 days longer than estimated. cost 3000 more than original estimate. Had to call to find out what was going on. Received email day one stating I would receive updates. The second email I received was on day 11 stating car was complete. Then 3 more emails after I picked up my car. What happen to updates? Car looks great!

Mr. Oliveras was extremely professional and got right back to me. The number of checks received from Jim and Jack's is a little bit too many when the car is being repaired it doesn't have to be every day maybe every couple of days

First off Javier said that if the front bumper didn't have be sent out for special repair that they would deduct from the original estimate. I found out the bumper did not have to be sent out thru Gabriel and told him Javier was going to do with the original estimate, and he said he would take care of me. Today when I came the estimate had not been reduced. Further more your porter who pulled the car out for me lied and told me the car had been washed. The car was still dirty. THE NEXT TIME I NEED BODY I'LL FIND ANOTHER TO GO TO !

Thank you for respecting my wish of not being contacted with text messages. It was a nice surprise to see my car sparkly clean. Please remember to put back the floor mats instead of stacking them up in my trunk. I was struggling to place them back to the car floor in a rush before rushing to work.
