My experience was wonderful! I have no complaints.. Manuel has very good customer service skills. He was friendly and answered all my questions over the phone..My vehicle ended up being ready sooner than the original date.I would highly recommend this place..

the experience really **** I would never tell somebody to go to this place took you 9 days to replace a f****** bumperI think this picture is very dishonest had me rent a car for 9 days told me it was going to be another additional 3 days and when I got in the face of your employees they turned around and called me an hour and a half and told me my truck was ready what the f*** is that about and very disappointed in this kind of work and I'm going to be calling my insurance company and complain I feel very humiliatedI feel very unsatisfactory from this work you guys should be ashamed of yourself of these people bringing their vehicle to you and dropping her off for you and be honest in fixing their cars in a timely manner and I feel verypissed offand I believe that you are in cahoots with the rental company which cost me 520 49 f****** daysfor you guys are running a racketI'm going to take this to channel 7 Eyewitness Newsand to my insurance company

There was a significant amount of dust (shoe mark?) on one seat. The car smells like somebody ate their lunch in it or left trash behind (and it has lingered after a couple days). Everything else about the experience was top-notch and much appreciated.
