Fantastic customer service. Francisco was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me completely informed on the status of my car from initial inspection to completed work. The office staff was equally friendly and professional in handling my paperwork. The car looked like new when I picked it up. It had even been washed. I also really appreciate the daily text messages that let me know how things were going with my car and that Jim and Jacks hadn't forgotten me. I would highly recommend Jim and Jacks to anyone.

Ants an sticky steering wheel indicate that while car came back as promised someone was sloppy with their handling, care and parking of my vehicle. This has caused me inconvenience.

The bodywork was very good. I liked that I was notified about the work being done on my car. The work was done 4 days before the estimated time. However my front mats were absolutely trashed. Not happy about that.

Francisco was thorough and clear in his evaluation, as well as his communication. It was great that he called before leaving for vacation and handing it over. Kris went beyond by noting a battery problem and offering a solution for repair. I left with good confidence with the work and partnership with USAA and Enterprise.
