Before Jacob my mechanic and Gabriel, I would only go to a BMW dealership to get things done. I am super pleased with the work done in my BMW X3. They treated me like family. Jim and Jacks are lucky to have Jacob and Gabriel. They truly deserve all the praise and recognition. They have changed my perspective that only a dealership can service my suv. The results of the work done far surpassed my expectations. Everything is just perfect. I came to the auto shop after the accident sad and unhappy. After I got my car back, I am just ecstatic. I can rave on and on about my experience, but truly, no words can express how happy and grateful I am. To Jacob and Gabriel, you guys are the best.
