Gabriel was excellent. Great customer service. Informative. Quick to respond and update. Of course the circumstance was because of an accident I was in. Gabriel made the situation comfortable. Amazing customer service! This is the first time I had any collision repair done and I am completely impressed. My car was repaired even faster than expected and I loved the text message updates. My service rep was Gabriel Yepremian. he was such a great help and very attentive with updates and answered all my questions.

While it took a little longer than anticipated, I am Very satisfied with the quality of work and the Restoration of my Ford Fusion hybrid. Everyone, especially Manny, was friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall, considering the circumstances, Jim & Jack's made it all relatively pleasant.
