I love my car!!! I am so very grateful and the team was awesome!!! I misunderstood and thought you accepted checks, thinking that it would be an electronic debit out of our account immediately. We had to call the bank and so they would allow the card to be used for the deductible. I should have read the print more.thoroughly. Appreciate your team!!!

I cannot thank Collision Works enough for the amazing job they did on my vehicle. My vehicle was stolen, then wreck, and I was beside myself with stress in dealing with the aftermath. Collision Works walked me through the process, explained everything (in terms I could understand), and made sure I was 100% ok with and understood the process. Phenomenal customer service- I never had to worry about where they were in the process of repairs because they always updated me through email and phone calls. Upon picking up my vehicle- it looked better than it did before the damage had been done to my vehicle- it was like I was picking up a brand new vehicle. 110% satisfied, absolutely blown away by the work done and customer service, and a plus that the guys are handsome as well (????). I will definitely be returning and referring everyone to Collision Works.

The is the second time I have had body work done here. I was a little disappointed that my drivers side floor mat was filthy when I picked my car up. Also, my tires showed on the dash that all four tires were very low and I feel even though it was not discussed it would have been nice if they inflated them. It’s just the little things that me as a customer would appreciate.
