Everyone there was focused on making the repair process go as smooth as possible. The friendly women at the front desk scheduled the repair and worked directly with the insurance company and car rental agency so I didn't have to. The service manager assigned to my car contacted me regularly with updates and estimates. After being rear-ended in my new car, and insurance taking forever to get the **** running, it was wonderful for everyone here to make the experience not stressful and extremely easy for me! Will definitely return to Kniesels for future auto needs!

First off I have to say the actual work was excellent. My complaint is the fact that it took approximately eight weeks to get my car in for service from the time of my original estimate. My other complaint is when I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle and was placed on hold for over ten minutes. When I came to get the vehicle I had to wait almost 30 minutes for it to be prepared even though I received a text saying it was ready.
