Wasn't complete when I arrived to pick up. They forgot to repair the windshield which was noted on the intake of damage, also on my claim and it wasn't repaired so already turned rental in and had to drive it home and await repair tomorrow hopefully per gentleman helping me said they will calle tomorrow and have windshield repair at my house but it's large and needs replaced not repaired for the multiple large cracks

There were some abrasions in the license plate region that were not corrected. They are so minor but they were not there prior to the accident. But the body work and cover of spare was great. Stephanie was so helpful and informative. She really helped make me feel I was a excellent hands. She also went above beyond what she had to do to answer all my questions and concerns.

We were never initial told how long the wait time would be. Case was transferred and parts never ordered until new case worked steohanie got involved. Called Jeff to ask what was going on and why they let us slip through the cracks. Jeff let me know that I don't understand how this works and oh well to me. I complained to Stephanie. Jeff called to apologize. Car took another 4 weeks after that. Car was in the paint shop for over a week. Renting a car out of pocket for only 3 days a week has left us with 720 out of pocket not even including deductible. Had we known it was going to take that long we would have left to begin with, saving us time, money, and headache. Everything was well communicated with Stephanie, she was very kind, nice, and understanding the whole way through...but being the exemplary employee is, would go to Jeff for approval and shot it down. He approved one week of rental car deduction knowing it would cost us a lot more to wait. She asked him to worm with us. He said no. Terrible customer service on his part. We felt forgotten about, I felt belittled by his explaination about how I just don't get it...and they patiently waited 6 weeks, paid and now they got the hell out of here, good riddance! I willl never put my money towards a company that makes me feel that way again. Maybe some retraining on management and how to not talk down to female customers needs to happen. Kniesles was fully professional and quick with my repairs. Not only that, they kept me up to date regularly and when I picked up my car, they vacuumed and detailed it! They certainly didn't have to do that. If I'm unlucky enough get into another accident I will be bringing my vehicle to Kniesles for repairs!

The curb appeal of the Rocklin location is pleasing to the eye. The lobby is on par with lobbies of other professions, not in the repair industry. The appearance of those at the front counter was pleasing. Ms. Stephanie Taxara was a pleasure to work with. Ms. Taxara was very polite and professional. Ms. Taxara communicated with me throughout the repair process, which was comforting. Ms. Taxara appeared to genuinely care about me and repairs of my vehicle. Because the repairs are hidden by interior carpet/padding and the undercoating on the vehicle, I have to believe the repairs were done is such a way as to return the vehicle to a like new condition (related to the damaged area).
