Everyone was super friendly and professional, the office is clean and coffee and drinks were available while you wait. I also was given a ride to work as l dropped my car off. I'm happy to say they communicate to let you know what going on. The work is exceptional, you can't even tell my car was in an accident. The paint was color matched and blended beautiful. The whole process was super easy and smooth. I had a great experience here at kniesels and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Kniesels really cares about their customers. Stephanie was very professional and very caring during the process of repairing my vehicle. I was alway informed on what was going on and up to date. Know body ever wants to be in an accident and go through the ordeal of having to be without there car for a few weeks, but I'm happy I choose Kniesels and was thankful I got to work with Stephanie. The staff is always so curtious and helpful. Stephanie handled my claim and kept me updated every step of the way. My accident happened during a challenging time in my life and not only was she understanding, but also patient and kind.
