The only problem I had was with the car rental. Your receptionist Said she would arrange for the rental from Hertz to be dropped Off the night before. When I arrived I was told the rental was not There and that Hertz was ALWAYS unreliable. I did get a rental From Enterprise. As a result I had to spend more money on a Rental. And I was over an hour late for work. I think I should have been notified if there was a problem with Hertz. And I should have been notified that the rental car was not there so I could have Made other arrangements. Since Enterprise is right next to you, it makes me wonder if you you have an arrangement with them and Never contacted Hertz. I did file a complaint with AAA on Hertz. AAA was unaware that there was any problem with Hertz. Thank you, the car looks new again.
