Everything was perfect! Customer Service was friendly & very nice! Rodrigo took time to explain everything he was going to do to fix my front fender. He did an excellent job! He is very personable & was fun to talk to! He deserves a well deserved pat on the back! My Prius came back sparkling clean on the outside as well as on the inside! I thank you & you can bet that I will highly recommend Kniesel's!

My claim was passed from Serena to Rodrigo and he did an excellent job in updating me on the car, daily! I really appreciate him going beyond what I thought to be great service.
