Extremely professional and friction-free experience from estimate, drop off, status updates, and pick up. Arranging the rental car with Hertz was a great convenience. The repair was top notch as always. If there's only a small improvement to make, it's with the detailing/cleaning. With my prior repairs, my vehicles were detailed perfectly. This time around, the glass surfaces were still a bit dirty. Still, overall a good job.

Car trunk lid was out of alignment when purchased. Took it back to dealer who fixed it somewhat, but it still looked screwy. When we picked the car up after your repair we noticed that the trunk lid alignment was perfect. Thank you. Bob

Cris (I believe was his name) took great job of me and my car, but I knew how well he took care of me I wouldn't have many worries on my car. The texts and calls were encouraging to hear.
