I'm fine with the repairs. Satisfied. But then I noticed once I got home that there is now a new dent on the passenger side next to the front wheel well. It's a respectable dent. I understand that Kniesel's isn't liable for any loss/damage that occurs while the vehicle is in their possession, but I was hoping for a bit more care than what seems to have transpired.

The USAA Representative, Chris did an awesome job. He kept me informed from start to end. And, he handled the insurance paperwork! In addition, the office staff were very helpful & accommodating while I was ill. I would definitely use Kneisel's again. My SUV looked great! Thank you!
