The initial estimater was thorough, professional, and very nice. I appreciated the followup progress texts and phone calls to get my approval for additional work. The car looks like new and you can't beat having a lifetime guaranty on the work!! Even though there was no insurance coverage, all paid out of pocket, the process was painless. Thankyou to everyone involved including the gentleman who drove the shuttle and ladies at the desk!!!

I don't feel that the bumper looks as good as new and on close inspection it is pretty obvious where the damage was. The paint looks scratched/scuffed where the repairs were done and I just expected better work, given the work Keniesels has done on our cars in the past.

The work was superb and I'm very pleased with the finished product. My only negative experience was with the clerk on the left side of counter (I think shes pregnant) She was very cold and unfriendly, not pleasant to do business with at all. I wondered if thats how she interacts with all people or just minorities. When I brought my car in Monday she was on the phone but said "I'll be right with you". Another customer came in after me. She addressed her first and totally ignored me. I didn't like that at all. Another clerk came to the counter and asked if I'd been helped. She was warm and pleasant. When I picked up my vehicle the same lady on the left finished my paperwork. Her demeanor was again cold and unfriendly towards me. I was formerly a Call Center Manager and know that good customer service goes a long way. Thank you for the great workmanship on my vehicle.
