Very happy and satisfied with the work done. My Car looks like new. My Service advisor and front office staff were very helpful and didn't seem bothered by the number of times I called for updates. I also liked the text updates.

Kneels was amazing...I think Heat car rental needs imporvement. 3rd time I've used Hertz and found them lacking in Custer met service and being prepared. They always seem like they are unprepared even with plenty of prior notice.
