I would give 5 stars out of 5 - the car looks great and it was done ahead of schedule, but one thing I would mention as I am big on customer service and I felt this was only thing lacking - the 2 following - ****. when getting my rental car when I drop off my car it would be helpful to point out where the rental car is so one doesn’t have to search for said rental car. 2. When I pick up my completed car for repair - instead of just handing me keys it would again be good customer service to either bring my car around to me or point out where my car is so don’t have to search for it.

Chris was absolutely WONDERFUL! He kept me informed of all processing status of what stage suv was in. Right on time for when he would have suv done!!! So would go through this process again! Also, great group of people! Thank you for job well done! I will refer! HAPPY 2018 NEW YEAR!
