My Honda looked beautiful when I picked it up but I don't understand why I was told that it would take two days when I left my car on Monday morning but didn't get it back until Friday afternoon.

Rueben was great! He kept me up to date constantly through phone calls and texts. we originally did a quick photo claim through Allstate and then decided to get the car fixed. He was great in communicating with Allstate and me and getting the repairs done ahead of schedule!

The front desk receptionist did not take into account sensitive to me, the customer, about how it was confusing for me, a person whose car was to be paid by GEICO. Because there was no Geico adjuster on site, it was a very disorganized process. The front desk person was very unprofessional, just down right rude. Instead of trying to make the problem better, she" said I had a major attitude. " She needs training in customer service. Scott was had to do a lot of service recovery
