The repair took 5 days longer than they initially said it would, and no one called me or contacted me to tell me of the delay. When I called the day the car was supposed to be done, I was told it was "in paint" and would be ready the next day. When I called back the next day, I was told that in fact they had ordered the wrong bumper initially, and now had to wait until the new one arrived. I did not mind the delay -- I know that unexpected things sometimes happen. But I REALLY don't like being told a story that is not true. I would have appreciated being kept informed with honesty along the way.
