The car took much longer than initially estimated. Timeline kept getting pushed back. There was no sense of urgency even though I called every day this past week. Airbag light turned on after I left but because I picked up on a Friday afternoon and you guys aren't open on the weekends I now have to wait til Monday hoping no airbags go off randomly.

I wish you had a 50/50. Roger was really nice, and the latest repair on the bumper was great. It's flawless, and the Enterprise people next door were great too. The problem I'm having is that I'm still trying to get a problem fixed from my previous Geico claim. After the repair, my passenger door makes a loud crack/popping sound when opened. When I brought the car back with the new bumper accident, a rep and Roger looked at the door and said there was some kind of strap missing. Chilton was supposed to repair both at once, but the part for the door didn't come. Then Roger said it was back-ordered. I waited a while and didn't hear anything about the part. Now his e-mail bounced back and I don't know what's going on.

I reported the underbody shield (that directs air/keeps rocks from flying) was removed, but not replaced back onto the car. I still have not received a call back after leaving a note the day I picked up the car. Louis

Roger did a great job and I'm happy with the work. He was friendly, understood what I wanted, finished the car early and did what he said he would do. Great customer service and great repair. I will bring my car back to Chilton if they ever need more body work. Thanks!

The update i receive thru email was not accurate. I had to call to make sure the date for pick up was correct Each time. When they change the date, appreciate if they could mention the reason for the delay, like Parts will be delivered on this date or parts was defected. I really appreciated Chilton for the yelp ads for 1free rental Car, when I went into yelp for information & direction. Thank you very much!

Your team members are polite, genuinely friendly, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made the process quick and easy. Roger and his team did a fantastic job on my car and had it done in a timely manner. I loved getting email updates and follow-up calls to keep me informed. When my car was finished (ahead of schedule!), my paperwork was ready in a nice folder, which may seem like a little thing, but little things make the difference between good and great.
