They were great! I would use them again. My only problem was with the on site Geico rep who was rude to me. The chilton guys were professional, friendly and courteous. The work was stellar.

The original dent is gone, repairs were completed, however I noticed a new dent upon picking my car up. I'm working with John to get it repaired.

I was pleased to have my car fixed and ready within a couple days. The part that I was displeased with was that part of the bumper that wasn't supposed to be painted, was painted. There wasn't any damage done to that part of the bumper and yet it was painted over. The part that I am extremely frustrated with is the customer service that came with my complaint. I called to TRY to have this settled and a worker assured me that he will call me back. It has been two business days since I called and complained and have not received anything information regarding the matter.
