I can't remember ever having such a wonderful experience with a company. Each of the women at the front desk were so knowledgeable of your company's policies & procedures. They were very helpful. I must also acknowledge Jaime Villarreal who is a great asset to your company. He was a good listener, very knowledgeable about car damage, and made my experience stress free. It was a great experience. Everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to speak to. The facility was very comfortable, but we never had to wait long enough to completely utilize it ????. The text updates were pleasant and very helpful. Everything was completed on time and we appreciated the consideration to our convenience. The repair to our vehicle was excellent. Keep up the great service, it truly was appreciated.

The dent was fixed well and I was very happy that they touched up a couple little spots on the car with no extra charge. The car was also detailed when the job was done. It looks like a new car.
