Jaime and the Kniesel's team got my baby (2011 Dodge Challenger) looking good as new. My experience was smooth and hassle-free. The shop sent me updates by txt throughout the repair. Customer service was great, and I was clearly informed of what exactly needed to be fixed and/or replaced on the car, and the workmanship was excellent. The Kniesel's team really knocked it out of the park!

Your team kept me in the loop on what was happening at all times. Great customer service comes with great communication. Front desk was fast and efficient when it came to paperwork and having someone from the car rental company ready for me. And the work on my truck came out awesome. All in all, from the front desk to the service department, everyone was great.

Quick service, polite and courteous staff, was up to date on the status of my repairs, technician Jaime Villareal extremely helpful in obtaining new tires for vehicle that were not covered through my insurance by referring me to reputable tire shop. Vehicle looks as it did prior to incident.
