Very nicely done. Only thing that I was missing my handicap placard card it was in driver side door pocket and lock on my driver side door is not working. Thanks for very nice job done in short time.

This is the 3rd time I've had repairs at Kniesels. Like always the work was excellent. Very satisfied with the craftsmanship. I like the text notifications, keeps the customer in the loop. I'm extremely disappointed with the insurance process. However I do appreciate the offer to put the other weather guard on. Hopefully I won't need repairs anytime soon but if I do your company will be top of my list. Great job & thank you. Ken

Thank you for proactively noticing the clearcoat frim my last collision repair wasn't holding up and offering to fix it. You confirmed my decision to decline taking my car to the Progressive collision center and to request Kniesels instead. Customer for life!

The Team is great. Well greeted as I walked in the first day by Jenny. Friendly atmosphere and the rest of the staff are amazing. I feel taken care of by everyone and made me feel like at home. Professionalism of staffings are great with positive attitude. The work done in my car is superb. Great job and staffing! Thank You All!

amazing job- when Justin pulled my car out I couldnt believe how great it looked. Not only were the repairs done, I got my car back much better than I dropped it off.
