I brought my car in on Tuesday 04 November via my Geico automobile insurance after being struck in the morning commuter traffic. Chilton staff was very kind and informative and clear. They walked me to Enterprise to get my rental. Chilton kept me updated with the progress on my car, and let me know as soon as it was ready to be picked up. I am not very familiar with the accident/repair experience; but **** week certainly seemed like a great turnaround time!

They missed a dent / scratches. And for some reason my light inside the car on the roof is loose now . As if maybe the person working on the roof made it come loose .

I already provided this feedback via email and received a nice note from Mike Chilton. The car was repaired beautifully and quickly. But it was not charged and that ruined our day. We had to find a charging station, missed multiple appointments and we were unable to finish tasks we needed to complete before we left for Mexico in two days. That one little detail created a nightmare for us.

I think Chilton is great but I had to bring my car back because of overspray on the bumper. I took it back the next day on my lunch and had to wait longer than expected. The overspray was still on there, it was like it was just rushed. The representative then told me I have to come back because they need an hour, I agreed but I hope they will finish the job completely!!

The dent was fixed but the curvature of the panel was did not match exactly the curvature of the right panel.
