My car was two full weeks behind schedule, initially I got daily email tell me status, when it reached 90% ready, I have no update at all, then I have to call almost daily to know the status. It seems a little ridiculous said the car was 90% ready then it couldn't deliver over three weeks.

while the workmanship on the car seems excellent, I am very disappointed in (a) the length the repairs took [was told 3-4 weeks and ended up being 8 weeks] and (b) I received very poor proactive communication from the people handling my car re status, expected dates etc. I was always the one calling and even then consistently getting incorrect information. While I understand the backlog and the complexity of the repair required, I'd have preferred better/more clear expectation setting and communications. thanks

Everything would have been perfect if it were not for a guy named "Louis"! He no longer works there so that's a good thing! It took too long for repairs only because of him but my car look GREAT and Bob (who took over for Lou) was very helpful. Hope I don't get in any more fender-benders, but if I do, I'll be back!

Great job on the exterior. The interior was not completely vacuumed, pile of white dust in trunk. Molding around front passenger lose. Need to return for repair. Otherwise good custor service and great operational flow, made it easy to do business.

I called twice for an update on the status of the repair, after the 6 days timeframe quoted to me, but did not receive any call back both times. In addition, the receptionist was rude on the phone, as well as in person the two times I was at your body shop. This is poor customer service, and therefore I filed a complaint with Geico, and cannot recommend your business to others.
