I was so grateful for the frequent updates via emails and personal phone calls from Ken. I also appreciated very much that the work was finished earlier than promised. And it was great to get the fender fixed up, too! Finally, I also really liked that Chilton makes the interface with USAA so easy. All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience - thank you!

I was told that it would take a week to fix my car. I called upon receiving emails from Chilton and each day was told that it would be done the next day. I finally talked with Roberta who helped communicate my personal need for my car since I was not able to rent a car through my insurance. I then received my car the next day. Thank you Roberta!!

Great looking repair and thanks so much for the CSR wash bonus, didn't expect that. I was just bummed that the sattelite and radio stations were lost, I take it u had to disconnect the battery.

Twice made statements about when the car would be ready and so I rearranged my schedule accordingly. Both turned out to be untrue, They don't accept American Express. Ridiculous. For this reason alone, I will never use them again.
