Final wash job left water spots, hand prints and smudges all over the car. It was getting dark when I picked up the cat so I couldn't see how extensive it was. Washed it this morning and found what looked like globs on the rear fender of uncured clear coat or some other type resin. I was able to remove these with a cleaning wax and some elbow grease. The repair itself looks good. Will know more when I can see it in full sunlight. The car was kept an extra day for washing and detailing (or so I was told), so very surprised at the very substandard final cleaning. Last time I used Chiltons everything was perfect. Hope this isn't a sign of falling standards.

Everything was amazing (including the repair job itself) except I was promised a call if any delays and I didn't receive one. I called 2 hours before coming over and was informed you needed the weekend. By that point I had already returned the rental car and taxied to work. I then had to take public transportation and walk 30 minutes home with a heavy bag. That wasn't cool.

The only thing is that today when I tried to open my sun roof I am un able to. It's like it's stuck, the motor works and it tries to pull it open but it's stuck. I wonder if when the car was cleaned or worked on something got into the sun roof. I will call Monday because it had been working perfectly before.you didn't work on the sun roof, just not sure because it work prior to leaving it there.

Shocking price tag but insurance paid all but 500 so I guess that's not critical. The customer support was pretty good except that I was kept waiting for a long time on several occasions and a very long time on another, because one or another key person was busy on long phone calls or otherwise unavailable. The work appears to be done well, it seems like a new car as far as the body work. And it was completed ahead of schedule. The status emails were also appreciated, though out of sync with the voicemails indicating that it was actually ready.
